SIZING
Please carefully follow the steps below:

*measure over undergarments similar to what will be worn with your dress

*the child should be standing straight with shoulders and arms relaxed

*hold tape right up against body, not too loosely or too tightly.  Don't "add for growth", etc.  We can
factor that in later, if you would like, when choosing a size.

*hold tape nice and straight - parallel to floor - on chest and waist measurements.  The chest
measurement is the circumference of the chest at its fullest point.  The waist measurement is the
circumference of the waist (above the belly button) where the garment's waist will be.

*the shoulder to waist and shoulder to hem measurements start at where the highest point of the
garment would be.  The hem measurement is where you want the dress to fall.  We recommend tea
length, which is right above the ankle, for most dresses.  For our separate A-line skirts we recommend
gown length.  Our waist to hem and shoulder to hem measurements are the approximate lengths of
our dresses.

Note: the shoulder to waist and waist to hem measurements are very critical for proper appearance, please be as
precise as possible.


We have designed our patterns around our size charts.  Our size charts represent body measurements.  Our
dresses have an additional 1" - 2" of room or "ease" in the chest and waist to allow for movement and comfort.
